Great if you love being social and like the energy of group fitness or if you are looking for a unique Team Building exercise!

These sessions are designed to challenge you mentally and physically.

The BOX FIT area caters for small to large groups and is used for a range of gym activities such as cardio, strength and plyometric (jump training) sessions.

Team sessions ie 10 to 30 people, can be arranged outside of the scheduled class times. Please discuss options with one of our team.
