Corporate Boxing has been a popular concept for many years. A Corporate Boxer is typically the average business person who wants to experience the thrill of competing in the ring.

The added advantage of Corporate Boxing is the introduction to a training regime that challenges and establishes good conditioning, defensive and attacking skills and leads to a healthier lifestyle.

CAUTION: Corporate Boxing is not a “walk in the park”.  It is an intense, disciplined training regime.
